The stunning view of Mt. Fuji from our twin room was just amazing—definitely a highlight. We enjoyed the rooftop onsen and the buffet meals were pretty good. The hotel even offers a shuttle service from the station, which is super handy after a long trip. We also explored the lakeside park and went hiking nearby.
The dining area felt a bit rushed, especially during peak times. While the food was decent, we were hurried through our meals, which made it less enjoyable.

The staff's attentiveness truly stood out—we received a complimentary sashimi boat at dinner, which was a delightful surprise. Watching the sunrise over Mt. Fuji from our room made our stay unforgettable.

The hotel feels outdated!!! Windows dusty from bird droppings!!! Dining options suffer from poor taste and rushed service during busy hours!!! A bike rental would enhance guest experience immensely!!!

The Twin Room with Mt. Fuji View was pretty spacious and clean, but the bathroom felt cramped. It was nice having a private bath, but the shower could be bigger. The view from the room was stunning—seeing Mt. Fuji right outside was a highlight, especially at sunrise and sunset. Overall, it felt like a great deal for the price given the amazing location.

wonderful views , but limited dining options
The view from the room was breathtaking, truly showcasing Mt. Fuji in a stunning way. Additionally, the indoor onsen provided an incredible view while relaxing, enhancing the overall experience. The hotel location near the station made arrivals and departures very convenient, especially with their pick-up service upon request.
The dining options were somewhat limited during my stay.

would come here again.
Spacious Twin Room with Mt. Fuji View. It had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and a private bathroom. Plus, all the amenities like a refrigerator and hairdryer were handy. The onsen was nice, though small, with an amazing view of Mt. Fuji. Breakfast buffet was decent, and the staff were super accommodating.

Couple Stunning Mountain Views
The view from the room was jaw-dropping getting that mountain reflection in the lake like an art piece perfectly placed. The rooftop onsen was a game changer I soaked in while watching the sunset over Mt. Fuji an unforgettable experience.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but given the amenities it was acceptable.

Staying by the lovely Lake Kawaguchi was a highlight, as every room offers stunning views of Mt. Fuji, especially captivating at sunrise. The spacious Twin Room was equipped with essential amenities, including comfortable yukata robes. Despite the lovely setting, the buffet dining area felt quite cramped and hectic during peak hours, resulting in some rushed meals. Additionally, while the free shuttle service from the station was convenient, the general dining options were limited during my stay.
