The stunning view of Mt. Fuji from our twin room was just amazing—definitely a highlight. We enjoyed the rooftop onsen and the buffet meals were pretty good. The hotel even offers a shuttle service from the station, which is super handy after a long trip. We also explored the lakeside park and went hiking nearby.

The dining area felt a bit rushed, especially during peak times. While the food was decent, we were hurried through our meals, which made it less enjoyable.

The staff's attentiveness truly stood out—we received a complimentary sashimi boat at dinner, which was a delightful surprise. Watching the sunrise over Mt. Fuji from our room made our stay unforgettable.

The hotel feels outdated!!! Windows dusty from bird droppings!!! Dining options suffer from poor taste and rushed service during busy hours!!! A bike rental would enhance guest experience immensely!!!
